• Repairs are free within 48 hours; after that, a fee of £2.50 for acrylic and £3.50 for builder-gel nails applies.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; after that, a deposit will be required for future bookings.
• Cancellations or amendments must be made 48 hours in advance; late cancellations incur a 50% fee and require a deposit for future bookings.
• If you’re unwell or anyone in your household is sick, please reschedule your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for certain skin or nail conditions (e.g., fungal or bacterial infections, verruca’s, warts, athlete's foot); consultation required.

A maximum of 3 infills is allowed before a soak-off and new set is required to assess nail health.
